As always I was on the way to finding my next photoshoot location. The day by day my excitement for exploring new places is increasing and is not ready to pause for a while and wants to push the limits by now. My eyes always keep looking at surroundings whether if I can document the place or use it for my Photoshoot, so its a never ending search for new locations. And also I'm getting better at it with experimenting at new locations and new angles , framing of the subject, using the grid lines or rule of third , using expert/manual/professional mode, adjusting lights , etc. I feel like that learning is a never ending process, there's always something to learn and if you stop learning you actually stop growing too. And also there is no age limit for starting to learn new things , its just the way how you look at it , you can think it's too late now or you can think better start from now. It all depends upon you how you deal with your problem, limitations and difficulties. Just beleive in yourself , have faith on god and everything will be easier for you. Okay! now repeat with me 'I can do anything' Good! 😩. So now lets talk about the post, at one day I was going on cycle and it was raining. Cycling in rain was a much different vibe for me, that i hadn't experienced before. And also the nature looks more prettier when it rains and i was going by a road full of greenery and I wanted to click the picture of bicycle. So i placed my bicycle in a way that it also reflects in the water as there was a water pud besiding it. Then I moved back and waited a bike or car to pass as i want them to appear in the picture and then I clicked this picture. Now comes the editing process.
Editing Breakdown
1. Adobe Lightroom (Available on play store and Appstore ) :
As I always do light correction first , I increased the exposure by +0.22 and increased the contrast by +6, then i want the picture to have more contrast so i increased the highlights by +64 and it looked much better by just doing that much. Then in colour correction I increased the saturation by +46 and exported it.
Tip - While saving the image don't use save to device option and either use "Export as" and set it to largest available dimensions for better quality and then export it as a preset, so in future if you want to know what you had edited in a photograph , you can simply check it by adding picture to the lightroom afterwards. Then i decreased the blur on the right side of cycle by -50 because a camera in actual blurs in ascending strength. Means the farer the object more the blur. So to just keep closer things in focus you can also use blur in ascending order.
2. Snapseed (Available on play store and Appstore ) :
Then I increased its Ambience by +93 and using selective tool selected the bushes just behind the cycle and decreased its brightness by -10 and increased saturation by +11 then again using selective tool i selected the red colour of bicycle and increased its saturation by +5 and increased contrast by +4 just to make it pop and different from the other things in the picture and then using lens blur tool I added blur to this picture and brushed it on the whole cycle and inverted it to blur all the other things. I used a blur strength of 8 and transition and vignette of 0.
Tip: For better output quality click 3 dots , go to settings , look for format and quality and choose the value 100%
